For commercial drivers with sleep apnea, the 90-day CPAP compliance report is the single most important document to bring to a DOT physical. Without it, your examiner cannot certify you, and your medical card will be put on hold.

Here is exactly how to get your compliance report from the most common CPAP manufacturers and sleep clinics.

Method 1: Download from ResMed MyAir App (For AirSense 10/11)

If you use a ResMed machine:

  1. Open the MyAir app or log into myair.resmed.com.
  2. Go to the History or Reports tab.
  3. Select a 90-day range showing compliance metrics.
  4. Click Export PDF or Print. Ensure the report shows your name, usage hours, and percentage of compliant nights (must be 70%+ at 4+ hours).

Method 2: Download from Philips DreamMapper (For DreamStation)

If you use a Philips Respironics machine:

  1. Log into the DreamMapper app or dreammapper.com.
  2. Navigate to Feed and click Reports.
  3. Select 90 Days and choose to generate a compliance report.
  4. Export and print the document.

Method 3: Request from Your DME Supplier or Sleep Clinic

If your machine is not connected to cellular/Wi-Fi:

  • Contact the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company that supplied your machine.
  • Provide your details and request a "90-day compliance data printout".
  • Alternatively, take your machine's SD card to your sleep clinic, and they can pull the records for you.
